Railway Books
A friend of mine Bernard Mills has just had another one of his railway books published. This would be an ideal Christmas present for any railway enthusiast.
Bernard was a railway employee for an amazing fifty-five years, he is a very keen railway photographer and enthusiast. He lives with his wife in the lovely Buckland Monachorum village near Plymouth.
His latest book is called:
Backtracking Then & Now: Around Plymouth, Callington, Tavistock North and the SR Main Line to Okehampton
This is the fourth book of the ‘Backtracking Around’ series that looks at the railway lines in and out of Plymouth.

Over the years Bernard has had many excellent railway books published, most of them are still available to buy on Amazon. They all include some lovely old and modern railway photographs, the ‘Then and Now’ photos are just amazing to look at.
I have included the year each book was also published.
